Formerly known as Mind & Movement, Axia is a prevention-first wellbeing company that was created to change the way people experience health and wellbeing. Our name, inspired by “axis” (the core) and the Greek word “axios” (worthy), reflects our belief that every person is worthy of more than survival — they’re worthy of living well.
